who is the leading of learning

in the traditional education, the roles who give the knowledge control the process and response to outcomes. i remenber when i was student i felt be drived(of cours i am still student now but diffrend situatio and age) students always complain there is no freedom and communication in the process now, the changing roles and functions of the teacher in modern distance education are no longer absolutly at control place. learner could choose they favor course, their free time, and their own schedule of study. but at this case,who choosing elearning have more initiatived motivation and has strong study will, that means the learner turn to the main role of learning process. in the other hands, the elearning programming design seems deadly improtant-- to understand the learner psychology, study the suitable programming for learning , interest way to activate user, even the teaching topic choosing , all those particular design might being the leading of elearning .
